Aspen Heights, Harrisonburg
Aspen Heights is an off-campus apartment complex that strives to provide college students with quality housing and exemplary customer service. Aspen Heights was founded in 2006, and has built and leased 22 individual off-campus college developments since then (“Our History,” 2018). The Harrisonburg location was not built until 2013 and can be located at, 2100 Aspen Heights Lane, Harrisonburg, VA 22801.

Aspen Heights provides several different layouts for prospective residents to choose from. The images above and below serve as some examples of this particular complex offers. Throughout this website you will find an assessment of Aspen Heights, Harrisonburg as an organization. More specifically, you will find a thorough analysis that we as undergraduate students have conducted as a part of our Human Resource Development 380 course.
